Digital Content

Digital will appear as a textbook option whenever a digital option is available. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation to your college-assigned email with instructions on how to access your digital material from RedShelf. You can purchase your digital material online.

If you did not receive your digital material delivery email, be sure you are checking your college-assigned email account. Check your junk and spam folders for your digital content. If you are still having trouble, redeem your RedShelf access code here.

Inclusive Access

Day-one inclusive access means the course materials fee is added in tuition. If you are experiencing issues with digital books or access codes, please submit a request through RedShelf.

Shipping Policy

Moraine Valley Community College Bookstore offers free shipping. All shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 1 to 2 business days. During August or January, delivery time may take longer.

Return Policy

Textbook/Rental/Day One Inclusive Access/Course Material Refund Policy

You Must Have Your Receipt or Order number

Textbooks purchased or rented after the refund period are ineligible for a refund.

All textbooks must have the components unopened with the package for full refund.

Textbooks returned after the deadline period will eligible to receive 50% of the original purchased price.

For refunds, bring textbooks/course material at Building D curbside. If returns are mailed, they must still be in the store on the due date.

Print textbooks/textbook rental/day-one inclusive access/course material purchased or rented after the refund period are ineligible for a refund.

Merchandise Refund Policy

Merchandise Refund Policy for items such as clothing and other non-textbook merchandise must be in new condition and with the price tags attached for refund, available within 5 days of purchase.

Defective items, including textbooks with a receipt, can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase.

Credit Card/Check Refund Policy

• If the original purchase was made by credit card, a refund will be issued only to that credit card. No cash will be given.
• If the original purchase was made by check, a gift card will be issued that you may redeem for cash in two weeks from the written date on the check.
