Moraine Day One Access Program
The Moraine Day One Access Program helps students save money by delivering digital course materials directly in Canvas for select courses. Since the program began, participating students have saved over $5 million.
If you are enrolled in a Moraine Day One Access course or section, you’ll receive instant access to your course materials on the first day of class—at the lowest possible price. You do not need to purchase a textbook separately from the Moraine Bookstore.
Please note: some classes may still require supplemental materials such as lab books, goggles, or calculators. For your course materials please use the Moraine Valley Bookstore.
Once your instructor opens the course in Canvas, your materials will be available immediately.Do not open your digital materials on your phone — use a tablet or laptop for the best access and functionality.
The return policy for digital materials is five days from the start of class.

Textbook/Rental/Day One Inclusive Access/Course Material Refund Policy
You Must Have Your Receipt or Order number
Textbooks purchased or rented after the refund period are ineligible for a refund.
All textbooks must have the components unopened with the package for full refund.

Textbooks returned after the deadline period will eligible to receive 50% of the original purchased price.
For refunds, bring textbooks/course material at Building D curbside. If returns are mailed, they must still be in the store on the due date.

Merchandise Refund Policy
Merchandise Refund Policy for items such as clothing and other non-textbook merchandise must be in new condition and with the price tags attached for refund, available within 5 days of purchase.Defective items, including textbooks with a receipt, can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase.
Credit Card/Check Refund Policy
- If the original purchase was made by credit card, a refund will be issued only to that credit card. No cash will be given.
- If the original purchase was made by check, a gift card will be issued that you may redeem for cash in two weeks from the written date on the check.
