Refund Policy
Category Policy Details
1–2 Day Classes No refunds.
3–6 Week Classes 100% refund if returned within 2 days of class start.
7–17 Week Classes 100% refund if returned within 5 days of class start.
Refunds Before Class Start Items are eligible for a 100% refund prior to the start of class.
Receipt Requirement A receipt or order number is required for all refunds.
Unopened Components Textbooks and course materials must have all components unopened for a full refund.
.Lab Kits & Art Kits Must be unopened to receive a full refund.
Refund Deadline Items purchased or rented after the refund period are not eligible for a refund.
Return Location All returns must be brought to Building D Pickup.
Mailed Returns Mailed returns must arrive by the refund due date.
Merchandise Condition Clothing and merchandise must be in new condition with price tags attached.
Merchandise Refund Window Refunds available for 5 days from purchase date.
Defective Items Defective items may be exchanged within 5 days with a receipt.
Replacement Only Exchanges are only for replacement copies of the original item.

50% Buyback Goal — We aim to purchase your textbooks for 50% of the price you paid at the start of the semester. If your instructor is using the same material next semester, we generally pay half of the selling price.
Stop in anytime —
Lower future textbook costs — Your buyback helps increase our used inventory, reducing textbook costs for you and other Moraine Valley students.
