On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Textbooks purchased after the refund period are ineligible for a refund.
Rental textbook refunds follow the same refund policy.
Return
Clothing Merchandise must be in new condition and with all the price tags attached for a refund. You have 8 days from purchase date to receive a full refund. Open software will not be refunded. Reference books can be returned within two business days from the date of purchase. Non-textbook items, including unopened multimedia (music, video games, software) may be returned/exchanged with receipt within 8 calendar days. Merchandise must be in new and salable condition. Opened videos, discs and cassettes may be exchanged only for replacement copies of the original item. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned or exchanged during this same time period with a receipt. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook.
Credit Card/Check Refund Policy
If the original purchase was made by a credit card, a refund will be issued
only on that credit card. No cash refund will be given. If the original
purchase was made by check, you must still return items on time. A gift card
will be issued in which you may redeem the cash in two weeks from the
written date on check.
