Shipping Policy

Moraine Valley Community College Bookstore is proud to offer you free shipping. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. We also ship to Tinley and Blue Island locations

On average, your order will be received in 1 - 2 Business days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Refund Policy

Textbook Refund Policy

You must have Your Receipt and Schedule to Receive a Refund!

Textbooks purchased or Rented after the refund period ar ineligible for a refund.
All Textbooks must have the components unopened with the package for full refund.

Merchandise Refund Policy

Clothing Merchandise must be in New condition and with Price tags attached for refund. It needs to be refunded within 5 days of perchase date. Open software will not be returnable.
Reference books can be returned within 2 days from date of purchase.
Non-textbook items, including unopened multimedia, may be returned/exchanged with reciept within 5 calander days. Merchandise must be in new and salable condition.
Opened videos, discs, and cassettes may be exchanged only for replacements of the original item.
Defective items including textbooks with a receipt, can be exchanged within 5 days of purchased.

Credit Card/Check Refund Policy

If the original purchase was made by credit card, a refund will be issued only to that credit card. no cash will be given.
If the original purchase was made by check, you must still return books on time, a gift card will be issued, which you may redeem for cash in to weeks from the written date on the check.
