REFUND POLICY FOR ALL COURSE MATERIALS

Textbook/Rental/Day One Inclusive Access/Course Material Refund Policy

You Must Have Your Receipt or Order number

Lab kits or Art Kits must not be open for a full refund.

For Refunds bring textbooks/course material at Building D Pick up . If returns are mailed, they must still be in the store on the due date

Textbooks/Textbook Rental/Day One Inclusive Access/Course material purchased or Rented after the refund period are ineligible for a refund.

All Textbooks/course material must have the components unopened

with the package for a full refund.

Merchandise Refund Policy Clothing Merchandise must be in New Condition

and with the Price tags attached for refund. 5 days refund from purchase date.

exchanged only for replacement copies of the original item. Defective items including textbooks with a receipt, can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase.

Buy your Moraine Valley textbooks and course materials thru our convenient online service !   Shop for all your MVCC spirit wear or school supplies . We also have culinary supplies , welding supplies, and nursing supplies.  

Order your books online for Counter Service pick up.

Order your Spring 2026 Textbooks/Course materials online at books.morainevalley.edu. You can pick up your course materials in Building D bookstore for counter service pick up. Please allow 24 hours to pick up your order after it is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be available for pickup on the following Monday. Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:00 p.m.
